Welcome to my Book Of Shadows

A wiccan's book of shadows is as sacred to them as their own life. It is personal to the individual that owns it and is often shrouded in secrecy due to the feelings and energy held within.

Sometimes a coven will have a book of shadows to share, which is kept confidential within the coven. New members are sometimes allowed to copy, by hand, some of the texts to begin their own book.

A Book of Shadows can be in any form. Some people choose elaborate hand made journals, others use a simple notebook. Some pc savvy Wiccan's keep theirs on a computer disk and others have folders with separate wallets for each subject.

How you create yours is personal.

In my mind a handwritten Book of Shadows is the most personal, as it has more energy and love poured into it as it is written.
